The Team
The performance of any ad agency depends largely on
the academic qualifications, professional experience,
technical know-how and expertise of the staff in their
respective fields.
Kimco has on its payroll an efficient and extremely
devoted team of client service executives, copywriters,
visualizers, artists, media organizers and accounts
personnel headed by clients service manager, creative
director, art director, media manager and accounts manager
respectively. Some of our staff members enjoy 30 to
40 years hands-on experience in the profession.
Kimco believes in personalized care irrespective
of the size or budget of the client. Separate staff
is deputed both on client service and creative side,
to work exclusively for major clients so that due attention
is paid to their jobs while smaller clients don't get
affected. Similarly, on arrival of new clients, additional
staff is inducted to avoid interruptions and ensure
smooth working.
The creative department is divided into two sections,
one for regular, day to day work and the other for developing
new ideas according to the changing advertising strategy
of the agency or the policies of the clients' marketing
team.
This department is also responsible for working on
new campaigns and devising new methodology to combat
the advertising of competitive products / services.
The agency has specific arrangements with a production
house to produce film commercials, radio programmes,
talk shows or provide any other audiovisual assistance
to meet the requirements of our valued clients.
